Who is Todd Lamb’s Program Good For?
If you’re wondering whether Todd Lambs’s workout program called SpecForce Abs is right for you, then this review will help. Below, I’ve given a complete review of the program in 4 different sections. At the end of this review, I also give my final thoughts on the program, as well as a final tally.
I’m just going to say it…
Todd Lamb is jacked and has a great set of washboard abs (as you can see by this picture). It’s always good to see that when an author releases a program, they practice what they preach. Todd obviously does this (as you can see by his abs).
Researching Todd’s background, I discovered that he was part of the prestigious Special Forces unit in Canada’s military. During this time, he learned how to build a great body. After all, the training that they do in the special forces is grueling.
Apparently, after leaving the special forces, he really “let himself go”. No workouts, no activity, eating unhealthy; no wonder his body turned to crap. So at this time (when he was at his lowest), he decided to get back in shape and get the 6-pack back using the advanced special forces exercises he learned while he was in the army.
Here’s the problem though: when you’re training in the army, you end up doing physical activity for a full day. Todd said that he needed to get back in shape, but do so without training a lot (after all, he got a bit lazy). That’s when he developed SpecForce abs.
Besides this story, I couldn’t find much else about Todd. He doesn’t have a personal trainer certification. He didn’t go to school for anything health and fitness related. All he has is real world knowledge of what works. In this case, it works. After reading SpecForce abs, I was blown away that Todd didn’t go to school for health or fitness, or even science for that matter. The content looks like it was written by a true professional.

Why Was SpecForce Abs Made?
SpecForce Abs was made because Todd became passionate about helping people get in great shape after leaving the army. He wanted to share his new approach to training your abdominals, and he knew he could help lots of people around the world if he released it.
Todd also learned a lot of highly functional ab exercises while he was in the Special Forces. A lot of trainers and fitness professionals aren’t teaching his technique, but if they did, they’d get abs much faster, and without the added backpain that comes with hours of sit-ups.
But here’s the real kicker. The method that people commonly use to shape their 6-pack will actually add inches to your waist. This is because directly training your “abs” with traditional situps and crunches is the fastest way to get into pain, injury and even look fatter. It will increase the muscle around your mid-section, and ruin the proportions to a good looking physique.
Todd created SpecForce abs because the exercises he learned and developed in the special forces will specifically target only your abdominal muscles, and help strip the fat around them so they can be revealed.

SpecForce Abs by Todd Lamb consists of the following components:
1. SpecForce Abs for Men
2. SpecForce Abs for Women
3. Quick Start Guide
4. Daily Workouts
First of all, I must say I pretty impressed by components 1 and 2 above. The SpecForce Abs manual is over 100 pages of pure content. Everything you learn is backed by science and research, and Todd tells you exactly what you need to do to get a 6-pack in only 6 weeks.
In the earlier chapters, he lays out the plan, how to progress if something is too easy or too hard for you, and his “Spec Ops Secret”. Later in the book, you’ll learn about nutrition to stripping away the belly fat, how to optimize your hormones, how to do each exercise, how to stay lean, and his favourite supplements.
Components 3-5 above are great supplements to the main program. The quick start guide is great because it tells you exactly what you need to do to get great results. The Daily Workouts Component is just an extension of the main program that makes it easier to do the done-for-you workouts.
Who is SpecForce Abs for?
If you want a 6-pack, then this program is for you. It doesn’t matter if you’re a man or woman, Todd has you covered.
Judging the progressions of the workouts, I would say that anyone between the ages of 14 and 70 should be able to do this program. The reason is that the exercises are functional. This means that they will help you in everyday life, whether you’re working out, cutting wood, or walking down the street, you’ll notice a difference in the way you look and the way you feel.

Has SpecForce Abs Created Real World Results?
Since SpecForce Abs is a new program, I couldn’t find any testimonials online. This is because the program was just released. Give it a few months, and I’m sure you’ll find tons of before and after pictures showing people getting great results on the program.
Besides this, we can only look at Todd Lamb’s body to show the results. After all, he said he uses the SpecForce Abs system on himself. Going by this, his 6-pack looks fantastic. I think anyone doing the program would be happy if they got even half the results that Todd has. That’s why I’m giving such a high results score.
If Todd didn’t even have a 6-pack, then it would be hard to judge if the program even worked…but he is living proof.

Comparison to Other Programs
There are a lot of other abs programs out there. The thing that makes SpecForce Abs unique is the fact that it’s a 6-week program based on functional exercises used by the Special Forces. No other program is based on military ab training secrets. This means that the program will work for you even if you’ve been let down by flimsy abs training gadgets in the past, you think you’re too old to hope for flat and sexy abs, you damaged your back with dangerous abs exercises, you hate boring crunches, sit ups and planks, and even if you think you’re too fat to ever get abs.
With that being said, I would compare SpecForce abs to be up there with the following timeless abs programs:
When SpecForce Abs is on sale, it sells for $9. When it’s not on sale, it sells from $49.95. At this price range, it’s worth it. I personally wouldn’t spend more than $50 for the program because it doesn’t include any training videos, but the quality of what you do get is top notch. You get everything in PDF form.
I think that $9 is an absolute steal for this program. Seriously, you can’t get anything for under $10 these days. Think about this, for $9, you can get 1 month of Netflix, or get a program that will give you a 6-pack in only 6 weeks. I’d pick the 6-pack every time. Imagine how it’ll make you feel.
Price Score: 10
There are lots of abs programs out there, but I love how SpecForce Alpha is based on the advanced military training techniques of the Special Forces. The program is a monster, and what you get in return for the price is well worth it. If you’re a man or a woman, and you want to get some sexy looking (but functional) abs, then I’d highly recommend it.
